Repeating Kindergarten? No Way!

We went to our son's teacher conference and were told that he would probably need to repeat kindergarten! The teacher said that he had no interest in learning to read. He hadn't learned any of the sight words and couldn't seem to remember his letter names and sounds. I knew something was terribly wrong, but I didn't know what it was until I spoke with Mr. Ross. Her assessment showed that he was two years behind where he should be and that the way they were teaching him at the school he attends didn't match up with his learning style. She identified certain brain skills that he needed to master before he would ever be able to blend sounds together. After just one lesson he began to remember what she taught him!! We are not going to have to repeat kindergarten after all now that he is taking lessons at Best San Diego Reading Tutor.

Speech to Print Tutor in San Diego
